We guarantee that our floral arrangements will remain fresh for a minimum of 5 days from the delivery date, provided they are cared for as instructed with clean water and a cool environment. If a specific flower or product is unavailable, we will substitute it with a flower of equal or higher value, always ensuring you receive a beautiful, fresh arrangement.
Freshness Window & Customer Responsibilities
Our fresh flower guarantee covers the first 5 days following delivery. To keep your arrangement looking its best, please follow the care instructions provided with your bouquet. Make sure the flowers are placed in clean water, away from heat sources, and trimmed regularly. Issues reported beyond the 5-day freshness promise may not be eligible for refund or replacement unless there are exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
